Shipping and Fees

All livestock orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. This is the most reliable delivery service available for reduced stress on livestock in transit.
Livestock shipments are sent out on Wednesday afternoons, for Thursday delivery, or Friday, for Saturday Delivery.
We only ship orders within the contiguous United States. No shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
There is a box fee of $9.99 for all livestock orders. This includes the insulated shipping box, heat or cold pack (if required), plastic specimen bag, and other materials to ship your frag safely. There is only one box fee per order. So, if your order is large and requires multiple boxes, you will still only be charged $9.99.
Any orders over $250 receive free shipping. This does not include the box fee.

If your coral is DOA (Dead on Arrival), you have 72 hours post-delivery ("DOA Period") to report it to us via logan@marinesnow.us for store credit. In order to qualify for store credit, you must provide your order number and a clear picture of the DOA specimen, still attached to its original frag plug, against a white background. We do not issue refunds.
FedEx delays which result in loss may not be covered under our guarantee.
Do not remove the coral from its frag plug for the DOA guarantee period. Doing so can stress the corals and cause damage or death, which is not covered by the DOA policy.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
We do not refund or credit shipping or box fees.
Do not ship the specimen back to us, or throw out the specimen until instructed to do so by Marine Snow LLC. Doing so will void the guarantee.

Returns can be requested for dry goods, non-livestock, products for up to 14-days post-delivery, for store credit only. Please contact us if you wish to return a dry good product: logan@marinesnow.us

All WYSIWYG (What You See is What You Get) are photographed by the owner personally and include a timestamp of when the photo was taken for accuracy. Keep in mind, coral is always growing and adapting to its environment. So, if a specimen is listed as WYSIWYG for an extended period of time, it may appear slightly different from the images taken at first listing. If the coral grows or changes significantly, new pictures will be taken.
All non-WYSIWYG frags are carefully selected from the available inventory based on health, appearance, and closeness to the general imagery and descriptions listed on their store pages. Some minor variation should be expected.
